How many nights should you book?
- The Conference agenda is as follows:
- Friday 17th October: Welcome cocktail and Keynote speaker
- Saturday 18th Oct: Workshop, Creative activity and Gala Dinner
- Sunday: Optional excursion. You may also use facilities at nearby Wanangali Sports Club Wanangali Club at additional cost
Therefore book at least 2 nights (Fri and Saturday). If you plan to participate in the Sunday excursion, then consider your departure timing to decide If you need a 3rd night. The excursion will be roughly 9:00am to 4:00pm

Cancellation policy
Accommodation refunds: as per hotel policy
Conference fees refunds: up to and including Sep 26th full refund excluding any money transfer costs.
After 26th September until Oct 14th refund less 10% admin fee + money transfer costs. After Oct 14th only a maximum 19,200/-KES can be refunded.
Refunds to be made within 7 days of cancellation.
