Career Discovery Program

In this  10-week program participants will

1. Measure their job satisfaction across 7 key domains
2. Identify and describe their proficiencies
3. Job analysis- what are their strengths?
4. Career discovery reflection
5. Analyse their need for career change
6. Gain clarity about career deal breakers
7. Stay or leave? Learn a technique to help them  decide
8. Understand the 5 Ps of job preference
9. Design their fantasy job

How it works

Each week you will have a 45–60-minute live session with the Coach. These sessions are run online using Zoom. In this session the coach checks in with participants, introduces topic of the day, shares the template for use in the week’s exercise and fields questions and answers.   Participants work on the exercises during the week and may share with coach by email.

Next session begins Jan 31 and ends April 4. Timing: 8.00-9.00pm
